1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or commissioning our professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Professional Services & Statements of Work
All client engagements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or written proposals agreed upon between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an SOW, upon receipt of full payment for completed milestones, all bespoke deliverables, customized code, and creative assets produced specifically for the client transfer to the client.
4. Invoicing, Fees & Payment Terms
Fees are set out in the applicable quotation or invoice. Payment terms are typically 14 to 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest charges.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
